ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb on Tuesday said that party lifetime supremo Nawaz Sharif was being treated worse than a ‘drug dealer’ in Adiala jail. “Although only 2 officials were enough to arrest Nawaz Sharif, hundreds of security personnel were deployed throughout Punjab upon his arrival as if he was a terrorist. Now, after his arrest, he is being treated worse than a drug dealer,” Marriyum said while speaking to a press conference in Islamabad. Speaking about accountability court’s decision to adjourn hearing of petitions filed against verdict in Avenfield case, Marriyum said that to adjourn the hearing till 30 was uncalled for and the verdict must have been announced today.
