Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that if the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government wants accountability it should go for a partial and exhaustive accountability. Talking to the media at the Parliament House on Tuesday, the PPP scion said his party believed in across-the-board accountability and warned the government against accountability on discriminatory grounds. He said that Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman was planning to call an all parties conference (APC), adding that the PPP would send its delegation to participate in the APC. Responding to a query, he said, the PPP would raise voice for PTV employees at every forum. Separately, Bilawal condemned the killing of journalist Ehsanullah Sherpao and three others in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Charsadda district on Tuesday. In a statement, the PPP chairman said that sense of insecurity among journalist community was on the rising in the country and the fraternity was already on the streets against intimidation, censorship and unpaid hard-work. Bilawal stressed that killing of Ehsanullah Sherpao and others should be taken up seriously by the provincial government and there must be no delay in the arrests of the culprits.
