ISLAMABAD: The 2nd Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Tennis Championship will commence from Sunday (today) at Islamabad Tennis Courts here. Senator Farhatullah Babar will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony and will inaugurate the championship. According to a spokesman for the organisers on Saturday, all arrangements of the event had been finalised. He said as many as 250 players including 16 women players will be participating in the championship. Four competitions including Under-10, Under-14 and Under-18, boys and girls singles and doubles will be contested. The concluding ceremony will be held on December 11. Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah will be the chief guest at the prize distribution ceremony.
