In winter, there is an additional burden on the heart which is necessary to change this diet to reduce it. In the winter your lungs get affected very quickly and cough, nausea and frost weaken them. If you want to cure all of these ailments, eat winter fish, as the fatty acids in them increase the flow of air into the lungs and make breathing easier. Young boy girls should make it part of their diet, especially to strengthen their lungs. Research has proved that eating fish at the top foods in severe winters, which also protects your skin from being dry. It contains Omega-6 fatty acids to protect the upper surface of the skin from dandruff, and it is not easy to get dry skin in fish eaters. Another great benefit of eating fish in the winter is to relieve the pain that is found in joints and filings and to get out in cold weather. Elderly people must eat it because the fatty acids Omega 3 and 6 in it regularly battle your body’s pain. The minerals the body needs are abundant in fish, such as iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium, calcium, niacin and selenium. Also, vitamins A, B12 and D are also available in large quantities.
