Hussain explained that while certain dramas receive global attention and appreciation, they are often subjected to early criticism before the story fully unfolds. He compared the situation to international respect for the Prime Minister, highlighting that dismissing achievements prematurely is unfair. “If something is being created, let it flourish,” he said.
The actor also highlighted how viewers tend to form conclusions in the initial stages of a show, which can negatively affect ratings. According to Hussain, plot twists and story developments are often revealed in later episodes, and early criticism can result in misunderstandings about the narrative.
Hussain further revealed that he recently watched a clip from Nadia Khan’s show posted on Instagram, which criticised his drama rather than his character. While acknowledging Nadia Khan’s insightful commentary, he declined her invitation to appear on the show, citing his disagreement with the timing and approach of the criticism.
