Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Wednesday chaired an inter-ministerial meeting to advance Pakistan-Iran relations.
The discussions focused on strengthening economic and trade ties between the two brotherly countries and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to deepen cooperation across various sectors, according to a press statement issued by the Foreign Office Spokesperson.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Petroleum, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, SAPM Jahanzeb Khan, Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, and other senior officials from the concerned ministries.
Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening its bilateral relations with Belarus.
He also underscored the longstanding friendship and cooperative ties between Pakistan and Belarus.
The DPM/FM met on the sidelines of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC) with Sergei Aleinik, head of the Belarusian delegation, member of parliament and former foreign minister of Belarus, Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.
He also appreciated Aleinik’s participation in the conference.
