After Lahore and some other cities of the country, the NextHome.pk is going to launch a new business centers in the federal capital. This was shared by the NextHome management during exhibiting its projects at Pakistan Property Expo-2021 that has been launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan on a day earlier which was being organized the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (ICCI). During his address, the Prime Minister Imran Khan had emphasized the construction sector, saying that it was the biggest provider of job opportunities because it had numerous industries attached to it.”This is one way of providing employment, wealth creation, increasing revenues to meet expenses and repaying loans. We will repay loans when the economy grows and more than anything, it grows on the basis of construction,” he said. While talking to Daily Times, the Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of the NextHome.pk Syed Muhammad Ismail Shah said that the NextHome.pk is a leading real estate marketing company, working since 2011. Based in Lahore, he said, now it is going to open its new business centers in different cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi and hill stations of Muree. The CEO shared that the NextHome.pk is exhibiting it’s multiple projects, mainly Lahore Smart City & Capital Smart City, the only two smart cities of Pakistan, being developed by Pakistan’s leading real estate developer, Habib Rafiq Group (HRL) in collaboration with Surbana Jorung Singapore. “We’re offering residential plots, commercial plots, apartments, homes on easy installments payment plan,” he claimed.
