Sindh Minister for Energy Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh has expressed solidarity with people of Kashmir. In a message on Kashmir Solidarity Day, he has said that Indian government by introducing controversial citizenship bill has laid the foundation of its division. He however, demanded that the government should mount pressure on Muslim ummah to help stop genocide of Muslims by Indian Army and police, taking place in Indian-held Kashmir. Shaikh further said Sindh government along its cabinet stand shoulder to shoulder with Kashmiri brothers. He condemned the atrocities being committed by India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and said that he would face serious consequences for the gross human rights violations. The Pakistani nation, he said, would never abandon the innocent people of Kashmir.
