A couple was killed on the pretext of Karo-Kari by two unidentified armed persons in village Dhani Bux Chandio in the jurisdiction of Bhand Mari Police Station in Dadu district on Thursday. According to Bhand Mari SHO Sub-Inspector Abdul Ghafoor Panhwar, two unidentified armed persons had entered the house of Lal Jan Solangi in village Bhand Mari, shot him dead along with Susai Solangi and escaped. He said that Lal Jan Solangi and Susai had escaped from village Hathiari of Jhal Mangsi of district Balochistan and settled in Bhand Mari 30 days ago. He said that two unidentified armed men had killed them on the pretext of Karo-Kari and had escaped. Lal Jan Solangi’s brother Aziz Ullah Solangi said that his brother had married Susai out of love and settled here with him.
