Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and former member of national assembly (MNA) Nawab Khan Wasan on Saturday called on PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari at Zardari House in Shaheed Benazirabad to discuss current political scenario in the country and shed light on critical issues of the general public of Sindh. After the meeting, Nawab informed the media that Zardari assured him that the Sindh government would ensure employment opportunities for the skilled and educated youths, and would take up water and power crisis issue with the federal government. Besides, Nawab claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led federal government would not run for more than a year. He asserted that PTI should have started accountability from its own members first. He urged Prime Minister Imran Khan to resolve water and power crisis on the priority basis. Furthermore, he termed Imran Khan’s speech as ‘a drama’, and said that his party has no hope of any relief from the federal government. He expressed hope that the Sindh government would provide employment opportunities to youths on merit under the vision of Benazir Bhutto, and would redress other issues as well.
