KASUR: Security officials on Tuesday night arrested a young girl’s father and two other accused for raping her. The girl’s father along with her paternal uncle and a neighbor were allegedly involved in raping her. The three suspects were arrested after the teen’s maternal grandfather filed a First Investigation Report (FIR) in Kasur’s ‘B’ Division police station. Superintendent of Police (SP) Investigation (Kasur) Quddus Baig informed the media that the arrests were made after the 14 year old girl’s grandfather named the suspects and requested their arrest. SP Baig confirmed that the girl had survived the horrific event and investigation was under way so that justice can be served.
