DADU: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said on Saturday that few politicians who become active only during the general elections are rejected by the general public. He addressed the commemorative program on the 11th death anniversary of his father, Syed Abdullah Shah, former Sindh chief minister. “2018 is the year of general elections. PPP would form the upcoming government and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would be the youngest Prime Minister of Pakistan,” he stated. He claimed that the people of Dadu, Jamshoro, Sindh and Pakistan are the supporters of PPP. He said that Nawaz Sharif is the first president of PMLN who became disqualified. Former chief minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah stated that PPP has fought for the rights of poor. The party has uplifted democracy in the country. PPP leaders sacrificed their lives for the people. He honoured late Syed Abdullah Shah’s loyalty and said that he was a brave and liberal person. PPP Sindh president Nissar Ahmed Khuhro claimed that PPP has served the people rightly. Roads, drainage system, education and health sector has been improved during the PPP regime. Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durani said that Syed Abdullah Shah advocated liberal policies to increase liberty and prosperity. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) activists, senators, provincial ministers and notables including Saeed Ghani, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, provincial minister excise Mukesh Kumar Chawal , senator Taj Hyder, home minister Sindh Sohail anwar Syal, Dr Lal Chand Akrani, senator Aijiz Dhamrah, MNA Malik Asad Sikandar, Sikandar Ali Rahpoto were also present at the occasion. Sindh Chief Secretary Sindh, Rizwan Ali Memon, Sindh IGP AD Khawaja, CM principal secretary Sindh Sohail Rajput, PHED secretary Syed Asif Hyder Shah, Hyderabad DIGP Javid Allam Odho and Hyderabad Commissioner also were present on that occasion.
