The Lahore Arts Council Alhamra hosted a special Sarangi concert, paying a graceful tribute to the timeless legacy of classical music and Pakistan’s rare traditional instruments.
Renowned Sarangi virtuoso Zohaib Ahmed delivered a spellbinding performance, in which the Sarangi’s soulful resonance conveyed a profound message of love, emotion and cultural depth to an enraptured audience.
Chairman Alhamra Razi Ahmed and Provincial Ombudsperson Punjab Ayesha Hamid graced the occasion, reflecting the significance of the evening dedicated to preserving musical heritage. Chairman Alhamra Razi Ahmed appreciated the concert and stated that Alhamra Arts Council is playing an active and committed role in safeguarding Pakistan’s traditional and rare musical instruments, ensuring their continuity in the contemporary cultural landscape.
