LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader and former opposition leader in the Punjab Assembly, Mian Mahmood Ur Rasheed, has been shifted to Jinnah Hospital, Lahore, due to a chest infection. He is currently undergoing a series of medical tests to assess his condition.

Hospital sources revealed that further treatment decisions will depend on his test reports, which will determine whether he remains admitted or is transferred back to prison. His health condition has raised concerns among party members and supporters.

Earlier today, former PTI leaders, including Fawad Chaudhry, Imran Ismail, and Mehmood Moulvi, met Shah Mahmood Qureshi at PKLI. The meeting reportedly focused on the current political climate and issues concerning Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
