Alizeh Shah slams plastic surgery rumors, says beauty is natural

Published on: September 27, 2025 5:09 PM

Actress Alizeh Shah has strongly denied claims that she had plastic or cosmetic surgery to enhance her looks. In an Instagram story, she said her beauty is natural and not the result of any procedure. She criticized those who spread false rumors while privately messaging her for beauty tips. Alizeh stated that her slim face and figure came from weight loss, not surgery. She added that people should focus on truth instead of pulling others down.

Earlier, actress Saba Faisal had said on TV that Alizeh looked “only 20% natural.” This sparked fresh debate on Alizeh’s appearance. In response, Alizeh said that such comments show insecurity and jealousy. She reminded followers that she joined the industry at age 17 and is now 24. Naturally, her appearance has changed over time. She emphasized that change does not mean surgery.

Alizeh explained that she had lost weight, which changed her facial structure. This, she said, is often mistaken for plastic surgery. She also shared that critics hide behind fake concerns but are the first to ask her for advice. Calling the behavior “pitiful,” she said women should uplift each other rather than shame one another. She urged people to speak honestly and stop spreading negativity.

This isn’t the first time Alizeh faced such rumors. In May 2025, she posted a video asking fans to stop the hate. She stated clearly that she never had cosmetic surgery and only focused on fitness. At that time, she also asked to be left alone and not judged for natural changes. The video was widely shared and gained support from many fans.

Despite repeated clarifications, Alizeh continues to face online criticism over her looks. However, she remains firm that her beauty is real and not artificial. She ended her message by saying those who can’t be like her should not blame her. With this latest response, she has once again taken a clear stand against body shaming and false claims.
