New details in Sean “Diddy” Combs ongoing legal battle have been uncovered. The music mogul-who is currently in jail awaiting trial on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and prostitution, to which he’s plead not guilty-is facing sexual assault allegations from over 100 people. And now, one of his accusers has been revealed to be NHL star Evander Kane’s ex-wife Anna Kane, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Dec. 6. Anna-who split from the Edmonton Oilers player in 2021 following three years of marriage-was ordered to share her identity in the filing if she wanted to move forward with her lawsuit, in which she accuses Diddy and others of plying her with drugs and sexually assaulting her in a New York City recording studio in 2003, when she was 17, per TMZ. Anna-who shares one kid with Evander-didn’t initially want to share her name publicly, originally filing her suit in December 2023 under the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” according to a court filing viewed by Page Six. Now, the 38-year-old said she is refusing to back down from the case and coming forward publicly. “I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager,” Anna said in a statement to TMZ Dec. 6, made through her attorney Doug Widor. “Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated.” She added, “I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.” Two months before Anna’s case update, Diddy-who has been denied bail three times since being taken into custody on Sept. 16-was accused by 120 people of sexual assault. Twenty-five of them were minors at the time of the alleged incidents, including one who was allegedly just 10 years old. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the accusers, told reporters at an Oct. 1 press conference that the suits, which were filed in numerous states, accused the 53-year-old of acts such as “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings [and] sexual abuse of minors.” Following the allegations, the rapper’s legal team denied all the claims against him. As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” his attorney Erica Wolff said in a statement to E! News. “That said, Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
