Sir: It is high time that the government should pay attention to resolving the problem of traffic mess on our roads. Nowadays, the traffic problem is one of the major causes of anxiety among the general public. A person who is returning home after a hectic work day has to face another ordeal on the road in the form of traffic mess. He has to brave traffic jams, noise, air pollution and rude behaviour of other drivers on the road on a daily basis. The absence of traffic wardens makes the situation worse. No doubt our government is trying to solve the problem by building better infrastructure, but it is not paying proper attention to the real causes of this mess. MINAHIL SAQIBLahore
