Now available nationwide : Al Zohaib Textiles launches Tabassum Mughal’s Luxury Lawn Collection

KARACHI: Leading textiles company Al Zohaib launched designer Tabassum Mughal’s Spring/Summer 2016 Luxury Lawn Collection at an intimate and stunning showcase at Café Aylanto on Thursday, a day before the collection was made available in stores nationwide and internationally.

The collection which comprises of 11 designs in two colour-waves evokes nuances of scenic and rustic Renaissance gardens, with fern, flora and fresco motifs set against a flourish of vibrant hues and elegant floral and tribal patterns.

The collection reflects the designer’s signature style of using historical Renaissance and Baroque references dovetailed with a cornucopia of floral and architectural patterns. Sheer net overlays transposed onto sleek silhouettes and optional cape separates along with exquisite floral thread-work embroidery endnote the collection.

The launch event featured a fashion presentation where leading models like Fauzia Aman, Sadaf Kanwal, Areeba Habib, Abeer Adeel, Ekra Fayyaz and Misbah Mumtaz were spotted in elegant lawn attires. The hair and make-up for the event was by Nabila’s NPro. Some of the designs were also showcased amidst the elegant décor and ambience of the popular eatery.

Tabassum Mughal’s lawn launch was a star-studded event with the who’s who of showbiz, fashion and media in attendance.

Celebrity guests like Nadia Hussain, Sadia Ghaffar, Rubya Chaudhry, Aimen, Minahil, Kiran Khan, Nazia Malik, Sumbul Iqbal, Simi Pasha, Amber Wajid, Saire Kabir, Sana Amjad, Anum Tanvir and Sarah Khan were seen at the event wearing the stunning lawn collection by Al Zohaib Textiles.

Take II managed the event along with handling the PR and ensured that the event was an indubitable success. Al-Zohaib Textiles is one of Pakistan’s leading textile conglomerates with more than three decades of excellence in the field a name, which had since become synonymous with elegant designs, uniquely juxtaposing modernity with tradition.
