Tosha Khana and Al Qadir Trust Cases: PTI Founders and Bushra Bibi Charged PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi were indicted in Tosha Khana and Al Qadir Trust cases. The case is being heard in Adiala Jail. A copy of the £190 million reference has also been provided to Bushra Bibi. Yesterday, Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Basheer provided a copy of the reference to the founder of PTI for indictment in the 190 million pound reference, while permanent warrants were issued for 6 accused including Farhat Shahzad, Mirza Shehzad Akbar, Zulfi Bukhari and Zia Al Mustafa. An order was issued to freeze his assets while issuing his arrest. On the other hand, due to the absence of Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana reference yesterday, the accused could not be charged. The court adjourned the hearing till today, directing Bushra Bibi to ensure her attendance. On this occasion, Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, Amjad Parvez, Special Prosecutors Irfan Bhola, Sohail Arif and others appeared in the court while PTI’s lawyer Shoaib Shaheen and Barrister Umair Niazi were also present in the court room.
