Junaid Safdar valima dazzles with elegant decor

LAHORE: The valima ceremony of Junaid Safdar, son of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, and Shanzeh Ali, granddaughter of former MNA Sheikh Rohale Asghar, took place on Sunday, January 18, at the Sharif family’s residence in Jati Umra. The event was marked by lavish decorations, lilac and white-themed arrangements, and musical performances that added a festive ambiance.

Junaid Safdar opted for a simple grey sherwani paired with a custom-made white shalwar kameez and leather shoes, presenting a refined look. The bride, Shanzeh Ali, stunned in a delicate pink-hued long dress with lehnga and a long veil, accessorized with exquisite diamond-set jewelry.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz attended in a striking pastel Anarkali flare dress, adorned with gemstones and diamonds, paired with understated party makeup that complemented her ensemble. The decor and fashion choices highlighted a sophisticated, elegant aesthetic throughout the ceremony.

The event also saw the presence of senior PML-N leaders, including Saad Rafique, Ishaq Dar, Azam Nazeer Tarar, and Maryam Aurangzeb. Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari was among other party members attending the occasion.
