He directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis to intensify efforts to expand opportunities for skilled Pakistani workers in Gulf markets. He added that the country’s youth possessed significant talent that could be better utilized through coordinated vocational programmes.

Highlighting the need for efficiency and accountability, the prime minister instructed NAVTTC to introduce biometric attendance for trainees and instructors at partner institutes, suspend memberships of underperforming institutions, and strengthen digitisation and online monitoring systems. He further called for enhanced coordination with provincial bodies to expand training access nationwide.

The meeting was attended by private-sector validators, industry partners, chambers of commerce, professional firms and experts from artificial intelligence and information technology sectors. Participants were briefed that NAVTTC had met key training targets set earlier by the premier.
