Speaking at the event, Fahad Mustafa described ‘Zombied’ as a film representing all parts of Pakistan. He jokingly remarked that the movie would feature every kind of zombie, including Sindhi, Punjabi, and Pashtun characters, highlighting the film’s local and humorous approach to the zombie genre.

Meanwhile, Mehwish Hayat shared her thoughts during a conversation with Geo Digital, saying that “desi zombies” were faster than Western ones and would arrive as soon as they heard a sound. Her light-hearted comments drew laughter and added to the lively atmosphere of the event.

The promotional campaign attracted a large crowd of movie fans, many of whom gathered to meet the actors, take photographs, and learn more about the film ahead of its release.

‘Zombied’ is scheduled to hit cinemas on May 27 during the Eidul Azha holiday season, one of the busiest periods for Pakistani film releases. Industry observers believe the movie’s unique blend of comedy, horror, and local cultural references could attract audiences looking for festive entertainment.
