
Renowned Pakistani singer Abrar-ul-Haq has said that fellow singer and politician Junaid Ahmad is an innocent person and that he has always prayed for his well-being. Speaking on a Geo Podcast, Abrar said that despite differences in views, Abrar-ul-Haq and Junaid Ahmad relationship has never been a source of personal hostility from his side.
During the podcast, Abrar-ul-Haq spoke openly about his professional career and various issues related to the entertainment industry. Responding to a question about Junaid Ahmad, he said that he enjoys listening to his remarks and wishes nothing but the best for him.
Abrar revealed that he has offered special prayers for Junaid Ahmad, including prayers made during visits to Makkah. He described Junaid as a colleague and said it is difficult to see him upset. According to Abrar, there appears to be anger or frustration within him, and he hopes that those feelings are replaced with peace and happiness.
When asked another question regarding Junaid Ahmad, Abrar-ul-Haq said that he had always maintained that he held no grievances against him. He added that people can form their own opinions based on a person’s words and conduct, but he continues to pray for Junaid’s success and contentment.
Commenting on politics, Abrar-ul-Haq was asked whether he would support the Barabari Party or a political party associated with Iqrar-ul-Hassan. He replied that both political journeys are still in their early stages and require significant effort. He further stated that, beyond discussions surrounding Abrar-ul-Haq and Junaid Ahmad relationship, the current political landscape remains dominated by Imran Khan, making it difficult for other political figures to stand out.
