
Pakistan’s Hajj flight operation for 2026 is gaining momentum as thousands of pilgrims continue departing for Saudi Arabia. The steady flow of flights highlights the scale of arrangements for this year’s pilgrimage. The operation affects thousands of Pakistani pilgrims traveling under government and private schemes.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, 5,250 government-sponsored pilgrims have already reached Medina. They traveled through 21 flights from different cities across the country. Moreover, officials say the process is continuing smoothly under coordinated arrangements.

On Tuesday alone, 3,510 more pilgrims are departing for Saudi Arabia via 13 flights. These include departures from Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Quetta, and Sialkot. Additionally, multiple airlines are participating to ensure timely travel.
Pakistan International Airlines, Saudia, Airblue, and AirSial are operating Hajj flights this year. Authorities say special arrangements are in place for comfort and efficiency. Furthermore, training sessions, vaccinations, and document processing are ongoing at Hajj camps nationwide.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has deployed staff to assist pilgrims throughout the journey. The flight operation will continue without interruption until May 31. Officials expect thousands more pilgrims to depart in the coming weeks.
