Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi warned illegal Afghan migrants to leave Pakistan immediately. He said they were once guests but are no longer guests now. He stressed that deportation will continue under all circumstances.
Naqvi linked recent attacks to Afghan nationals and cited incidents in Islamabad and the FC Headquarters. He said Afghans were involved in several security breaches. Furthermore, he insisted the government knows who is driving terrorism. He urged the Afghan Taliban to restrain militants operating from their soil.

The minister said the nationwide deportation of illegal Afghan migrants is progressing. He noted that authorities are dismantling Afghan camps in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Moreover, he warned that returning illegally after deportation will result in arrest and punishment. He requested migrants to go back with dignity before facing strict action.
Naqvi also announced a crackdown on fake news on social media. He claimed that most online news is false. Additionally, he said no one will be allowed to humiliate others or threaten national security. He emphasized that people making allegations from abroad will face strict accountability.

He added that TV channels already operate under regulations and face fines for incorrect reporting. Therefore, similar action will be taken against digital misinformation. Naqvi concluded that freedom of expression cannot include falsehoods.
