
SHAKARGARH – The three-day celebrations marking the 556th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji have begun at the Kartarpur Corridor, drawing thousands of Sikh pilgrims from across Pakistan and around the world.
According to the Darbar administration, around 2,000 Sikh pilgrims are expected to arrive in Kartarpur today via Wagah Border. The devotees will stay for two days before departing for Eminabad on November 10 to continue their religious rituals and ceremonies.

Pilgrims attending the celebrations have once again appealed to Indian authorities to fully reopen the Kartarpur Corridor, allowing greater access for devotees wishing to visit Darbar Sahib without restrictions.
The administration has ensured comprehensive arrangements for the event, including enhanced security measures, accommodation, medical assistance, and langar (community kitchen) services to facilitate the visiting pilgrims and ensure a smooth celebration.
