ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for several senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders, including Omar Ayub, Zartaj Gul, Zain Qureshi, and Ali Bukhari, in cases related to the party’s Sangjani rally.
The case was heard by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, who directed authorities to arrest and produce the PTI leaders before the court. The warrants stem from cases registered following the party’s political gathering in Sangjani, which authorities said violated law and order restrictions.

Separately, PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat filed a petition seeking transfer of the case, arguing procedural concerns. The court issued notices on the plea and sought arguments from both sides. The hearing was adjourned until October 23, with the court instructing law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with the arrest orders.
