ISLAMABAD: Khalid Iqbal Malik, President, Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) has called upon the government to arrange early shifting of the district courts from F-8 Markaz, Islamabad to ease the problems of the business community as the existence of courts at the business centre was a high security risk due to which business activities were suffering. He was talking to a delegation of Traders Welfare Association, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad that visited the ICCI led by its President Sardar Tahir. Khalid Iqbal Malik said that two terror attacks had already occurred in the districts courts in Islamabad in which dozens of people were killed including a civil sessions judge and some lawyers. He said that following the recent attack on a court in Charsadda, traders and residents of F-8 area, were very much concerned as there was always a security threat. He said the litigants coming to attend the district courts used to park vehicles in front of residential areas in F-8.
