
SRINAGAR: Indian forces on Saturday martyred another Kashmiri youth in Indian occupied Kashmir (IOK).
According to the Kashmir Media Service, the indian troops killed a Kashmiri youth in IoK’s Islamabad town as they opened indiscriminate fire on worshippers.
Protests erupted after the eid prayers as people took the demonstration to the roads, hoisting Pakistani flags and banners in Srinagar, Sopore, Islamabad, Pulwama and other areas of the territory.
The protesters chanted slogans against the Indian army, demanding them to leave the territory without any further delay.
During the protests the Indian troops retaliated firing pellets and tear gas shells which resulted in several critical injuries of dozens of protesters.
Earlier on Thursday the Indian troops had martyred two Kashmiri youths in IOK’s Bandipore district during a military operation in Panar area, claiming that the youth were militants.
