Separately, Pakistan Police woman athlete Moazzama delivered an outstanding performance at the 6th Junior National Athletics Championship Peshawar 2026, winning a silver medal in the 400-meter race. Air Force, WAPDA, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Gilgit-Baltistan, participated in the championship. Despite stiff competition, Pakistan Police athlete Moazzama displayed exceptional skill and determination to secure the silver medal. Inspector General of Police Punjab, Abdul Kareem, congratulated Pakistan Police athlete Moazzama on her achievement and appreciated her hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance. IG Punjab said that the remarkable accomplishments of Pakistan Police women athletes are a source of pride and are helping project a positive image of the Police Department at the national level.
IG Punjab Abdul Kareem further said that athletes who bring honour to the department and the country by winning medals in national and international sporting events are a matter of great pride for Punjab Police. He added that every possible encouragement and support would continue to be extended to such talented athletes. Director General Pakistan Police Sports Board, Additional IG Imran Arshad, and Chief Sports Officer DIG Athar Ismail Amjad also congratulated woman police athlete Moazzama on her remarkable achievement and expressed their best wishes for her future success.
