Ramna PS still a safe haven for criminals

Published on: December 19, 2016 4:08 AM

ISLAMABAD: The Ramna Police Station has become a safe haven for prostitute dens as all the runners of these vile places have shifted their dirty business under the jurisdiction of this PS just because its SHO is providing them shelter even though the IG Islamabad had ordered the police to take action against them.

The police team had to face disappointment and disgrace, when they raided a brothel house situated at a suburb village of Islamabad, Mera Badia, but the notorious whore there, telephoned her friend SHO Shad Abro, who is an SHO at Police Station Ramna who ordered the police party telephonically to return to the police station without taking any action. Following his telephonic orders the raiding policemen had to comply with his instructions.

The raiding police team had informed all the story of the unsuccessful raid to the high-ups in black and white, in which they told them that how the SHO, Shad Abro, prevents them from a crackdown against these sex dealing houses.

The senior officers of the Capital Territory Police are not only issued a show cause notice to the raiding party on the failed operation but also started a probe after taking severe notice of the matter.

The sources told Daily Times that around 70 prostitute dens had been shifted under the jurisdiction of Ramna Police Station so far and the number is constantly on the rise in that place. Earlier they all were functioning in different areas of the federal capital .The reason of the mushroom growth of these brothel houses in the area of the same police station is that the SHO, Shad Abro, has very close relations with the owners of these abodes who promote promiscuousness.

The IG Islamabad had issued directives to take stern action against harlot houses and bootleggers.
