What is happiness and why do individuals need it? Happiness is not something natural, rather we have to create it ourselves as according to a research, happiness is an integral part of life, for example it has a very prominent impact on not just our home life but our professional life as well. In fact, satisfaction plays a key role in attaining happiness because when a human person learns how to be satisfied with his/her work and domestic life, then surely such kind of people can live an unstressed life. Following are some tips to keep your mind feeling happy and positive. 1. Surround yourself with positive people. One major factor affecting your happiness is you are surrounded with those people who you don’t like, whether in school or work, but don’t let them you down. Having good friends allows you to experience a new sense of belonging and support. Having positive and supportive friends in your life is a major part of emotional health and happiness. If there are people who are negative and always complaining about other so here don’t let their negative attitude to affect yourself mentally and physically and by chance you are affected then listen motivational videos which will help you to remove the dust particles in your mind. Do things that make you smile and that you enjoy. Hobbies help you cope with stress can provide a social circle and make you and your life more interesting. Take a walk in the park! This can include walking and playing outside with your kinds. 5. Infuse your life with happiness. Fill your life with positive influences, listen to upbeat, happy songs, sing songs, dance and laugh and by these activities, if someone says to you, you are crazy then you should reply that crazy is good.
