Dubai: Umer Akmal heroic 75 runs innings paved the way for the Gladiators to defeat the PSL 3 runner up’s Peshawar Zalmi. Quetta Gladiators won the toss and they choose to bowl first. Peshawar Zalmi lost their first wicket in just 2.2 overs when Muhammad Irfan Jr removed Andre Fletcher. Then a 63 runs partnership between Kamran Akmal and Sohaib Maqsood helped Zalmi to progress slowly. Kamran Akmal was caught by Rossouw in 11th over by Muhammed Nawaz.
