PESHAWAR: The student of the Pashto Department University of Peshawar (UoP) Shafiullah Shahnam successfully completed his PhD thesis on “Critical Analysis of Dr Peer Sahib Shah Sabir Poetry”.
Speaking in a question answer session, Shafi Shahnam claimed modern approaches of the literature of the Pashto in the work of Dr Sahib Shah Sabi and term his thesis work as pool of new ideas for the Pashto literature and Language.
External examiner of the scholar Dr Hanif Khslil, congratulated the student for its outstanding efforts and completion of PhD degree.
Dr, Shafiullah Shahnam said that almost all published material regarding the topic have been hunted down and efforts have been made to make the thesis beneficial for all sort of academia and students. Supervisor of the student for the topic Dr Abdual Waheed, chairman Pashto Department congratulate Dr Shafi Shahnam for completing his PhD thesis form the department. Lecturers Dr Gulmunir, Dr Samandir and Dr Zafarullah Bashkhali were also present on the occasion.
