These foods have incredible uses and properties. They not only keep your skin and hair perfect, but keep you strong and healthy throughout your daily routine.

Tea:
Tea has always remained a part of every household.
This widely consumed drink contains high quality antioxidants called flavonoids that reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer and even alzheimer’s.
Moreover, it helps to build stronger bones, gums and teeth.

 

Avocados: 
This nutrition filled fruit contains some good fats that help to keep blood sugar level steady.Vitamin K present in this fruit improves memory by preventing blood clots.
Eat them raw with onions and tomatoes or with some delicious black beans and coriander.

 

Dark Chocolate:
Not every chocolate is harmful for the health Dark chocolates contains antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory properties which helps to lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to heart and brain.
Not only this, dark chocolates also helps in burning fats and natural stimulants present in it improves the mood instantly.

 

Beans:
Beans are a healthy treat for your body to work properly. Chickpeas contain magnesium that reduces menstrual cramps. It allows more blood flow in the brain relaxing the blood vessels.
Treat yourself with a big bowl of beans along with a pita bread and hummus.

 

Walnuts:
These delicious, crunchy nuts are high in Omega 3 fatty acids that not only improves heart health but also reduces cholesterol level.
They are great snacks for daily routine. Have a handful of walnuts daily to boost up your mood and strength.
