
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that Ukraine has signed 10-year agreements with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar for the export of Ukrainian-made weapons. The deals focus heavily on drones and advanced military technology.
Zelensky said the agreements include multiple contracts covering defence exports and joint production projects. He added that partner countries will invest in new technologies and shared manufacturing lines both in Ukraine and abroad.

He also said that 11 additional countries from the Middle East, Gulf region, and the Caucasus have shown interest in similar arrangements. Ukraine expects expanding cooperation in defence technology and long-term financing agreements.
According to Zelensky, Ukraine is working closely with several European countries including Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. He also highlighted strong defence ties with the United Kingdom and France.

Media reports suggest Ukraine is planning to expand its military structure by forming specialised drone and assault units. Analysts say integration of these capabilities is already underway as part of broader defence modernization efforts.
