The partnership will run through the end of 2026, redefining digital engagement around football’s biggest tournament.
The collaboration allows TikTok to offer comprehensive World Cup content, including original videos, community-driven football experiences, and interactive fan engagement beyond traditional match broadcasts, making the platform central to how audiences experience the event digitally.

Fans will gain access to TikTok’s immersive FIFA World Cup 2026 hub powered by TikTok GamePlan, featuring match information, ticket details, gamification features, custom stickers, filters, and other interactive tools to enhance fan participation and excitement.
A global creator programme will provide selected TikTok creators exclusive behind-the-scenes access to press conferences, training sessions, and archival footage, while broader groups of creators can co-create content, offering unique perspectives on the tournament and player experiences.

TikTok and FIFA’s partnership builds on the success of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which generated tens of billions of views globally, highlighting the growing influence of digital platforms in shaping modern sports consumption and fan interaction.
FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström said the collaboration will connect fans worldwide in unprecedented ways, while TikTok’s Global Head of Content, James Stafford, added that the platform will let fans experience the World Cup beyond the 90 minutes with exclusive content.
