The price of per tola of 24-karat gold on Thursday remained unchanged at Rs 438,862, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA). Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold stayed stable at Rs 376,253, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold also remained unchanged at Rs 344,911. In the international market, gold prices stood at $4,165 with no change recorded. However, silver witnessed an upward trend in the domestic market. The price of per tola silver increased by Rs 160 to reach Rs 5,642, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs 138 to Rs 4,837. International silver prices also increased by $1.60, reaching $53.70.
