
In Bannu district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, police stopped a terrorist attack on Mazanga checkpost near Howaid police station. Last night, three terrorists from the Fitna-ul-Khawarij group tried to attack using a rickshaw loaded with explosives. Police noticed suspicious movement and tried to stop the vehicle. When the rickshaw did not stop, officers fired, causing a powerful explosion on the spot.
As a result, all three terrorists died instantly, and no police personnel were harmed. The blast caused minor damage to nearby homes. Security officials praised the quick and brave response of the police at the checkpost. Deputy Inspector General Sajad Khan and District Police Officer Saleem Abbas Kalachi applauded the officers for their courage and professionalism.

They said Fitna-ul-Khawarij group militants are enemies of the nation and the state will stop all their cowardly acts. Police showed their dedication to protecting people and maintaining law and order. The DIG and DPO also announced cash rewards and certificates for the brave officers involved in the operation.
