The committee further discussed initiatives aimed at promoting peace and social harmony. Khawaja Salman Rafique highlighted the formation of a special committee by the Home Department to address sectarianism and foster interfaith harmony. He stressed that long-term peace depends on eliminating divisive elements and building trust between communities.
