
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz extended heartfelt congratulations to the Saudi leadership and people on the occasion of Saudi Arabia’s National Day. She said that Pakistan is equally happy to celebrate this special day with its close brotherly nation.
In an official statement, Maryam Nawaz said Saudi Arabia is not just a friend of Pakistan but holds deep emotional and spiritual significance for all Muslims. She added, “When Saudi Arabia celebrates, Pakistan rejoices too.”

Maryam also highlighted the strong and historic ties between the two nations. She noted that Pakistan has earned the status of ‘Protector of the Holy Mosques’ following its defense agreement with Saudi Arabia. This reflects the depth of trust and unity between the two countries.
The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to the Saudi leadership and people for always standing by Pakistan in difficult times. She described the Pakistan-Saudi defense pact as a shield for the Muslim Ummah, underscoring its strategic and spiritual importance.
Concluding her message, Maryam Nawaz said she prays for peace, progress, and prosperity in Saudi Arabia. She reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening its brotherly relations with the Kingdom.
