
Security forces have killed 35 terrorists in recent operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The operations targeted hideouts of the India-backed militant group “Fitna al-Hindustan.” According to ISPR, the operations ran from September 10 to 13. During these actions, 12 soldiers were also martyred. Forces recovered weapons and explosives from the militants.
In Bajaur, forces acted on intelligence and carried out a precise operation. The result was intense exchange of fire. Twenty-two terrorists linked to Fitna al-Hindustan were eliminated. These militants had Indian support and were involved in several attacks across the region. The army says their presence posed a major threat.
Meanwhile, in South Waziristan, security forces launched another successful operation. Thirteen more terrorists were killed there. These individuals were responsible for various deadly incidents in the area. The military also confirmed that the terrorists were using advanced weapons. Forces are now continuing area clearance operations.
ISPR said 12 brave soldiers lost their lives in these operations. The army paid tribute to their sacrifice. At the same time, ISPR expressed deep concern over the continued use of Afghan soil for attacks inside Pakistan. Reports confirm that Afghan nationals were also involved in these plots.
Finally, Pakistan urged the interim Afghan government to act responsibly. The military warned that Afghan territory must not be used for cross-border terrorism. The army remains committed to eliminating all foreign-backed threats and will continue its efforts until peace is fully restored in the region.
