ISLAMABAD: Force Batteries CEO Syed Imran Mehmood on Friday stated that the private sector of the country was playing a major role in industrial growth by not only contributing in national development but also by creating new job opportunities for youth. Imran Mehmood expressed his views while addressing the ceremony held in connection with annual dealers’ convention of Force Batteries Private Limited at Topi Rakh Auditorium, Rawalpindi. He stated that the Force Batteries was one of the leading players in automotives batteries industry due to its standard, quality and performance. “This year our sales increased by 127 percent and I hope to make new sale records in future,” he added. He said that regional sales offices would be established in cities like Lahore. Mehmood presented 500,000 to the Pakistan Sweet Home chairman as part of Force Batteries corporate social responsibility and announced that part of the profit made on each sale would be spent on social welfare activities. On the occasion, 21 cars, 30 motorcycles, gold and other expenses things were divided among those who achieved their annual targets to sell force batteries. Later, Force Batteries National Sales Manager Syed Mubassir Hussain Shah congratulated the dealers, who achieved their annual targets and lauded the coordination and relationship between the sales team and the dealers. Former MNA and provincial minister Chaudhry Muhammad Riaz, Pakistan Sweet Home Chairman Zamurd Khan were also present on the occasion The Pakistan Sweet Home chairman thanked the company for their contribution and urged other companies to do the same.
