The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility allowing Pakistanis to update their identity records from home through the Pak ID mobile app, making the process faster and simpler.
NADRA, the sole authority issuing National Identity Cards (NICs) and other identity documents domestically and abroad, aims to provide convenient services while reducing the need for in-person visits.

Through the Pak ID app, citizens can now update non-printable information on their NIC or NICOP records remotely, following step-by-step instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance with official requirements.
Officials emphasized that the service is quick, user-friendly, and available at a minimal fee, allowing citizens to maintain up-to-date personal records without the usual travel or waiting times.
