ISLAMABAD: On the orders of the Supreme Court regarding the officers on deputation, the Secretary Capital Administration and the Development Division has sent an officer to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who had been twice merged in the CADD. The officer Dr Fazal Maula , who was sent back despite getting induction in CAAD two times is a sheer violation of the law, which reflects that the function of the division has been running on the basis of personal likes and dislikes. Dr Fazal Maula , a BPS-20 officer who came on deputation from the KP government some 20 years ago to the federal government, but was later inducted in the federal government has been working on three posts simultaneously including the Administrator, PIMS, the Director, National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (NIRM) and the head of the Human Organs Transplant Authority (HOTA). Sources told Daily Times that the services of Dr Fazal Maula were handed over to the KP government without approval of the minister, due to the conflict between the State Minister Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhary and the Secretary CADD, Hassan Afzal.
