As this virus is contagious so the condition is getting worse day by day. Governments decided to move towards the smart lockdown in the countries so that people could stay at their homes and maintain social distancing to prevent its spread. Due to this people are living in homes, those are in isolation and the paramedical staff all are suffering. We are responsible to make sure that our immunity is made stronger by frequently washing our hands and disinfecting all the stuff, we doubt which can possess any germs. Paramedical staff, doctors and nurses are at high risk of getting infection as its contagious. They are not properly trained and provided with adequate PPE’s. The virus is causing disastrous damage to health and death rate is increasing due to lack of proper treatment. Once someone gets positive result, the moral of that patient becomes low due to the fear of never getting his health back. Such a situation is quite depressing for the patient and his loved ones. Isolation wards, patients are also unable to contact with their family members or to see them. It is the hardest time and they badly need their loved ones to be around them, to take care of them, talk to them, and satisfy them mentally. Those people who are staying at their homes start feeling like they are prisoners during this smart lockdown. Children’s , youth and old people all are experiencing fears like fear of dying, fear of getting a positive result of corona virus and most importantly fear arises due to the news channels that are always focusing and highlighting negative and hype creating news. People are watching and listening to news all the day and get tensed.Firstly, as virus is changing its genome and making itself more antibiotic resistance. It is the responsibility of people to use social media platform for creating awareness and importance of maintaining social distancing. Government is also responsible to provide financial aid, sanitizers, and masks to the people living in slums. They should be counseled about the spread of virus and its preventive measures. Many people have psychological thinking that those who have just seasonal flu might have corona virus. We must focus on all the symptoms of corona virus like fever, difficulty breathing, persistent pain and pressure in chest and evaluate once situation, instead of creating hype among everyone. Doctors should be counseled to provide patients health reports to their families at home for their satisfaction. Health workers should be provided with relaxation therapies to keep them energetic during their on call hours Secondly, a safe communication channel should be created between the patients and their family members through electronic applications like video calls, so that they can see and talk to them. It will reduce their stress and loneliness. So a health authority needs to establish mental health teams both on national and international level. Teams include member i.e. psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and clinical psychologists. They will be responsible for providing mental health services and reduce stress of infected patients and medical staff. They should provide positive and accurate news about covid-19 to hospital workers, so that they perform their duties efficiently. They will provide positive news like recovery rate instead of death rate to keep their hopes high. Doctors should be counseled to provide patients health reports to their families at home for their satisfaction. Health workers should be provided with relaxation therapies to keep them energetic during their on call hours. Thirdly, parents should provide healthy food and observing good hygiene practices while making food, need to arrange fun activities, develop good habits of reading in their children, find time to talk to them and encourage them for participating in positive activities at home. Youth should also play their active roles rather than committing suicide or getting depressed. They should make themselves busy in some positive activities. They should keep them busy in doing exercise daily; play indoor games that have positive impacts on their minds. Try to connect with their friends or family members through social media. Schools and universities should also provide some tasks and assignments to keep them in touch with studies through social media.
