DERA MURAD JAMALI: Frontier Corps has foiled a bid of sabotage and defused a 4kg improvised explosive device (IED) which was attached with Pakistan Railway tracks near Bakhtiarabad area of Sibi district on Pakistan’s Independence Day. Acting on a tip off, the FC personnel along with bomb disposal squad team quickly reached the site, said an FC spokesman. The train services were suspended for a few hours and passengers faced difficulties due to the hot weather. Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation to trace suspects.
