KARACHI: “Main Abhi Bhi Aap Jesay 10 ko Sanbhal Skta Hun,” (I can handle ten of your kind), said Afridi, when asked if he thinks he is fit enough to return to national side. Talking to media, the all-rounder said that he is currently focusing on domestic and county cricket and is in talks with a number of clubs for league matches. “When I come of age, I will myself retire and would not allow anyone to throw me out,” said Afridi. The star cricketer added that he also talked to selection committee head Inzamamul Haq and told him that he is free to give chances to youngsters but “I am still available if you need me in any format of the game. He warned media, not to act as selection committee and give the players including T20 captain Sarfraz and ODI skipper Azhar Ali to prove themselves. “No doubt, Azhar Ali could not perform as a captain but media should not pressurise him. Sarfraz did well in his first game as a skipper but media should not put pressure on both,” said Afridi.
