The deaths of animals could not controlled in Dadu district, as 50 animals died due to a mysterious disease, in addition to animals in Kachho area of western belt of Dadu district in a single day due to apathy of officials of the livestock department. The deaths of animals in Dadu district could not controlled and ratio of death cattle heads reached 200 in last 30 days in Dadu district. Veterinary doctors claimed that to control the diseases among animals the vaccine program was launched and till yet 10000 animals doctors were vaccinated in union council Sawaro of taluka Johi in last two days. But according to affected owners of animals that the claims of veterinary doctors were found fake and teams of veterinary teams of doctors have not reached in areas. Affected cattle head owners have complained that union councils, Sawaro, TR Khan, Wahi Pandhi, Chhinni, Pat Gul Mohammad, Gozo, Mado and Fareedabad were seriously affected in Kaccho belt of Dadu district. Shah Panjo, Thrari Mohbbat, Radhan, Nau Goth, Aghamani, Sobho Mangsi of Pakko and Katcho area of Mehar taluka were affected, while, Piaro Goth, Sita, Phulji, Moundar, Jhaloo, Aminiani, Phakka, Khudabad union councils of Dadu taluka were also seriously affected. Affected cattle head owners of Shah Panjo union council of taluka Mehar Mohammad Mosa Sahar, Ghulam Sarwar Sahar, Mukhtiar, Pinchal and Manzoor Sahar complained that 31 animals were died in different diseases like foot and mouth, enterotoxaemia, goat pox, sheep pox, black quarter and hemorrhagic septicemia in union council Shah Panjo in last 30 days. Local people of affected areas complained that dead bodies animals are lying in different parts of Kacchoo which has caused a dangers type smell in area as well as and it can create diseases or any virus among human. However, the posts of deputy director and additional deputy director of livestock and animal husbandry department at Johi to cover Kachho were lying vacant due to unknown reasons. As local owners of affected cattle heads are facing hardships and not receiving any response to treat their animals when they arrives at their offices and returns to home without any meeting to the concerned officers. According veterinary doctor of Kachho belt Aziz Rustamani that two days long camps were established at Shahak Rodhnani, Fatoo Birohi, Ghulam Qadir, Soori, Hafiz Jamali in union council Sawaro of taluka Johi. He said that 10000 cattle heads were vaccinated. He said that still doctors and livestock assistants and other staff were in the field and busy to vaccine the animals in areas where they receive the complaint of any type diseases among animals. Khan Mohammad a local resident of TR Khan Kachho belt appealed the provincial minister livestock department to send the teams of veterinary doctors along with medicines to vaccine the ill animals in area. He said that it was general complaint of cattle head owners that deaths of animals like goats, sheep and cows were common due to mysterious diseases in all parts of Kachho from Sawaro to Fareedabad. Affected cattle head owner, Jan Mohammad resident of Fareedabad of Kachho belt of taluka Mehar said that his two goats and one cow were died due to illness in Gogo diseases. He said that around 100 animals’ goats, cow and sheep were ill in union councils Fareedabad, Mado and Gozo union councils in Kachho belt of taluka Mehar and KN Shah. Affected owners of cattle heads complained that they had approached to deputy director livestock Dadu and complained against local officials of livestock for not starting the vaccine program in area to control the diseases among animals. They said that staff and veterinary doctors were using government medicines to treat the animals at their private clinks at Mehar taluka. They showed a fear that if on emergency base, efforts would not be taken to control diseases, it can affect the human lives also. Deputy director livestock department at Dadu Dr Habibullah Shaikh rejected the all allegation of owners of cattle head owners for not starting vaccine program by livestock department and denied the deaths of animals in Dadu district. He said that all type vaccine was available at 46 centers and 4 veterinary hospitals in Dadu district. He said that in each village two to three camps were held to vaccine the animals. He said that monsoon season was coming hence pre vaccine program also would be launched in Dadu district to vaccine the animals.
