Covid-19 commonly known as Corona’s outbreak has been swiftly creeping into other Countries particularly targeting Iran and South Korea in Asia; Italy from Europe while more than 70 Countries from rest of the world have been hit by this plague. So far, around one Lac (1,00,000) people have been infected with this deadly virus killing more than Five thousand in throughout the Globe. Though, this abrupt spread has rejuvenated the fatal presumption aboutcreation of vampirelike contagion in living world as it’s frequently portrayed in horror movies. The current situation of Wuhan city where streets, markets and almost every publicplace isabandoned whichrenders true picture of a horror movie scene leaving millions of Chinese residents in paranoid situation. In Iran, a recent officially admitted death count reveals approximately fifty numbersincluding a high-profile figure of governing body and around 32 other Parliamentarians are reportedly infected with Corona virus, at the time. Pakistani health officials claim for observing strict check on all open border entrances into Pakistan. Continuously mounting up pressure from families ofnumerous stranded students in China is placing govt with wall on each passing day but Chinese authorities and Pakistani govt have been giving cold response to them which is actually proving beneficial for Pakistani nation. Once this plague is spread it will be very hard to control and overcome this menace. After all, a wise decision has been adopted by Pakistani govt in Chinese case but on the other hand, a consecutive inflow from Iran of the pilgrims is also ringing an alarm bell. Iran is second biggest viral-hit country after China; all trespassing from Iran can create havoc for Pakistan as observed in other Countries. More than 2,500 pilgrims have been allowed to enter Pakistan in recent days. As claimed, screening has been done of them all and lab tests are also been taken but to an extent allowing the pilgrims entry is like playing with fire. Pakistan hasvery little resources to fight such infectious maladies; unfortunately, we couldn’t overcome rabies and polio successfully. A thorough approach is required to be adopted by concerned officials that unless and until Covid-19 is fully controlled in neighboring countries, entry from said premises ought to be banned or at least, everyone must be quarantined for minimum period of two week in some specific neutral places.
